{"id":1,"date":"2020-10-21T11:18:37","date_gmt":"2020-10-21T11:18:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lbscompany.com\/?p=1"},"modified":"2020-10-29T08:59:27","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T08:59:27","slug":"hello-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lbscompany.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/21\/hello-world\/","title":{"rendered":"LODR Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SEBI vide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sebi.gov.in\/legal\/circulars\/jul-2020\/extension-of-time-for-submission-of-financial-results-for-the-quarter-half-year-financial-year-ended-30th-june-2020_47183.html\">circular no. 140 dated 29.07.2020<\/a> has extended the timeline for submission of financial results for the quarter, half year and financial year ended June 30 by a month to September 15 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (<strong>\u2018LODR Regulations\u2019<\/strong>) requires a listed company to submit its quarterly\/half year\/annual financial results within 45 days or 60 days as applicable, from the end of each quarter\/half year\/financial year.
